My past employment experience is as follows: Training Director with Wolf Robotics, one of ABB's largest arc welding integrators. I was responsible for the development and implementation of customer training, both external and internal as well as field service support. I was also tasked to assist the customer service department with technical support and field support duties. Senior Field Service Engineer at ABB, Inc. My geographical territory was to support the western third of the US. My experience and responsibilities also garnered the role of national floating coverage beyond my assigned geographical territory.
