Everworks Inc. - July 2017 to Present Tesla Motors - Fremont. Equipment used: Siemens TIA V14, KUKA KRC4 Robots, Fanuc Robots, Atlas Copco Torque Guns, Cognex Cameras. Scope of project 1: To Torque 16 fasteners into the inner door panel, with use of vision offsets. And Robots using interference zones. (Programmed Kuka Robots, and Cognex Cameras, used Siemens TIA Software to Troubleshoot issues with Sequence and Communications.) Scope of Project 2: To assist and support Door Removal and reinstall lines. Using Siemens PLC to support. (Used Siemens TIA to support Line through Sequences and Communication issues.) Navistar International - Mexico Equipment used: Schuler Press Line, Fanuc Material Handling Robot, Allen Bradley RS5000 Scope of Project: To Achieve Automatic Cell status, Correct Error of Previous Technician, Rewrite Programs I/O and DCS setup. (Factory Reset Robot to start fresh on new program, worked with PLC Programmer using my knowledge to efficiently setup the robot.) Ford Motor Company - Oakville Assembly Complex Equipment Used: Fanuc Robots, Allen Bradley PLC5 and Rs5000, Rexroth Welders, Rob-eye Vision. Scope of Project: Various Small Projects, Correcting Vision and Pick and place of an Incorrect Gear Ratioed Robot, Adding and Removing Studs/Spot welds, support Part Product and aiding Maintenance staff. Cleaned up and fixed material handling issues that resulted in Part Damage. Compass Automation - Elgin Illinois Equipment used: Fanuc LR Mate robot, IR Vision Scope of Project: Had to setup Robot via Programming, DCS, Vision, and functionality. Met a 17 sec cycle time with 16 secs, and an 8 sec cycle time with 6 secs. (Pick and Place Robot for Sensors in 2 types of fixtures, with vision offsets for both.) Deco Automotive - Brampton Equipment Used: Motoman Material Handling and Welding Robots, Turntables and Trunnions, Fronius Welding units. Allen Bradley RS5000 Scope of Project: To Work with Mechanical and Other Programmers to Retrofit an existing line to use the new Model tooling, Had to Restructure the Welding and Material Handling Programs for new and existing Tooling, and Verify the Programs correct call to the Robot from the PLC. Jefferson Elora Corporation - Elora, ON - September 2014 to April 2015 Equipment Used: Aida Presses, Nachi Robots, Allen Bradly and Mitsubishi PLCs. Responsibilities - Maintain the Presses in the stamping department, repairs, patch ups, and troubleshooting problems. - Fabricate fixtures and solutions to help processes, wire and program electric systems. - Responsible for the robots in a laser weld cell.
