Support and programing of urethane application cell for the car lights, with ABB Robots. - General Motors, Silao, Mex. Change of principal and backup robots ABB to Fanuc of bodywork cell for the manipulation the floor and change de position with the pneumatic manipulator, programming the routines of robot and configuration of signals between PLC and Robot. - Chrysler, Saltillo, Mexico. Period October 2015- May 2016 Project D2UC GM Assembly Plant Ramos Arizpe, Mexico Start the Robot programming in Novi, MI in the Comau Installations with the starter of robots, wizards and initial setting, then programing the styles inside the GM Standard, and finally debug and try out to GM Buy off, then Installation in GM Assembly Plant in Ramos Arizpe, Mxico, re- checking the all programs of body side and framing robots, change and reprograming the end effectors of current production robots to update for the D2UC model and re-teaching the all programs with sheet metal y parts of production, debug and startup the all robots of body side and sheet metal, programing the tool changers of some robots and modification of programs to update options of tool changer application.
