Mr. has over eleven years of combined experience in the water and wastewater industry in North Texas across several various disciplines including operations, security systems, and instrumentation maintenance, configuration, and design, PLC and HMI design and programming

Mr. has over three years of experience in instrumentation and control system design, electrical design, and security system design with CP&Y, inc. Projects have included detailed control network designs, control narrative and instrumentation loop design, instrumentation specification and selection, PLC selection and network design, and HMI screen development and configuration/programming. Security projects have included IP camera selection and specification, security system network design, VMS system selection and specification, and access control system selection and hardware specification. Mr. also has CAD experience, as well as development and preparation of specifications and contract documents for all areas of instrumentation and control system projects

Mr. has over two years of experience in information data management, SCADA/HMI consulting, and project oversight while working for Mike & Associates LLC. He has also worked on and developed many internal electronic O&M sites for several Texas utilities and has assisted with implementation and client transition to new systems

Mr. has over five years of operations, instrumentation, and HMI/PLC experience at the Trinity River Authority's 200MGD North Texas Central Regional Wastewater System advanced activated sludge wastewater treatment plant. He was responsible for coordination with contract instrumentation and control engineers and technicians during the installation, implementation and configuration of Authority process control systems. He has a Grade C Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator license (expired) with the State of Texas
