My 15 years experience in Machine Tool Build and 7+ years of Robotic Programming drive my passion for automation. I am able to lead a job from a mechanical/robotic role, communicate with other trades and with customers to schedule and complete relative tasks.
Over my 20+ years in the automotive industry I have been on many projects that required me to be on production support, including mechanical repair and robot touch-ups, to keep the lines producing parts.
In dealing with automotive welding, QC is a big issue. Being able to read customer weld sheets, I am able to know that welds are where they need to be and that a quality part is being produced. I am also proficient with checking parts in a quality check fixture and using that data to make small adjustments as needed.
Able to take control of a situation and remedy it either on my own or knowing resources to go to and work as a team to remedy.
