PSA, ltd is very familiar with Rockwell PLC/HMI platforms. Most comfortable with Fanuc Robotics. Capable in Siemens TIA Portal V13(& Newer) & ABB Robotics.

Jumped at the opportunity to fulfill a dream to provide solutions and services to other businesses. I have provided process improvements for a medical device manufacturer. Designed a turnkey MES solution to repair/improve their current solution (Currently waiting on hardware to arrive).
Field support and commissioning of Cold Galvanizing Line. Focused on strip transport, hardware additions/deletions, PLC/HMI Troubleshooting and Debug. Print updates based on hardware changes in the field.
Design and build MES interface cabinets. Design and implement fixture identification, water jet robot programs, and processes for operators and quality assurance department to make minor adjustments to water jet cutting programs as needed. Designed and implemented Forming Mold identification for recipe calls. Designed and implemented gluing fixture identification for recipe calls. Updated Micrologix 1100 to Simatic S7-1200 to streamline all processess to Siemens controls.
Install, debug, retool, and repair CMC equipment onsite at the end user's location. Created simulations in Fanuc Roboguide software. Write/edit PLC & HMI software. Complete robot programming for three production lines for Whirlpool (6 robots each, 3 products each). Design and redesign of end of arm tooling for several projects.

Completed my degree with Honors from OCC. My focus while completing my degree was primarily PLC programming and AutoCAD (2D). My end goal was to build upon my certification by being able to design, build, and program machines for local companies.
My focus while earning my Journeyman's Certificate was primarily skills within an Injection Molding environment. Although, my training touched on many aspects from hydraulics/pneumatics to machining principals and robotics.
