1.Delta Maheu Production Plant (Sept - Nov 2013) - Electrical panel wiring - Motor cable terminations - packaging line cable routing - laying cable trunkings

Production time Optimisation (Jan 2018) After installation of two new machines on our production line, the Fanuc Robot Palletiser could not match the upgraded speed as it was operating at 40% of rated speed. Having been tasked to resolve the problem, l was able to reprogram the machine to work at 100% full capacity. As a result, output increased, downtime and speed loss were significantly reduced

Upon qualifying, l was engaged as a Packaging Process Artisan on a canning line. I took part in the rotating Morning, Afternoon and Night shifts where I was responsible for anything electrical and instruments on all the process machines. As part of a strong team I could also perform mechanical tasks when need arose.  attending to electrical, instruments and mechanical breakdowns  maintaining machine performance  interpreting a daily production plan  performing housekeeping and 5S in work area  Performing level 1 problem solving.  coaching operators and apprentices  operating plant machinery

2.Masvingo Beverages Production Plant (July - Dec 2016) I took part in the following activities - Preparing and installing earth mates according to design - Designing and installing lighting systems for offices, laboratory and packaging hall - New transformer inspections and installation - packaging line cable routing and terminations - preparing cable trays according to design - High Voltage overhead and underground cable installation - Wiring boiler circuits for the ID fan, FD fan, stocker motors, coal elevator, water pumps, bin level switches, mobrey switches and temperature controllers

This was a hands-on training as an electrician.  wiring, rectifying motor starters and electric motor overhauls  testing electrical and electronic components  rectifying faulty circuits, troubleshooting socket outlets and switches  domestic wiring, conduit bending and laying  performing electrical checklists and schedules  repairing lights  operating plant machinery
