About Me
I have experience with Allen Bradley PLC's covering rslogix 5-5000. I have been on projects from something small like building a safety circuit for a robot cell, to installing robot cells or aluminum VAPC casting lines. I have experience with setting up and programming VFD's, PLC's, and HMI's. I also have experience installing and servicing conveyor system's, part lifts, motors, air make-up units, lift tables, etc. My degree covered a vast range of skills from fluid power, to motor controls, and robotics.

I have been part of a team that has installed a wide range of different electrical systems. From design and construction of electrical panels and cabinets, to the programming of PLC 's and HMI's. Including migrating from rslogix 5/500 to 5000, and coversions of panelview standard to plus.

2009 - 2018 Central Motor Wheel of America Equipment Assurance (Maintenance) - Converted motor starters on Heat Treat system to VFD's - Converted hardwired safety circuits to new Allen Bradley GuardMate systems - Converted vision system from antiquated Fanuc system to new DataLogix system. - Installed new VAPC line for casting department. This included installing dies, die carts, electrical cabinets, robots, die heaters, vacuum systems, and safety circuits. Also assisted with or performed programming for HMI and PLC - Installed new robot cell for casting department. This included installing drill machines and Okuma Law V-24 lathes - Assisted in rebuild of elevator system - Replaced motors for air compressor systems - Previously Machining Team Leader. Dealt with the manufacturing of aluminum wheels while supervising eleven members
