Automotive, Heavy Equipment, Train Equipment. Worked on B&S Global Classic and Global Performance using PC-Dmis 2017-2018mr2. Also programmed, inspected, and reverse engineered parts using roamer arm. Programmed CMM programs and trained employees. Broad spectrum of parts including PPAP's, FAI's, other inspection operations including but not limited to cast, machined, laser cut, punched, welded, bent parts. Tier supplier to Daimler, CAT, Yamaha, and more.

Programmed contract/invoiced programming/automotiion solutions. Worked with Ford, GM, Daimler, Watson Racing, SEW Eurodrive, Volkswagen, Cadillac, and others in the automotive industry. Worked with UTC, Boeing, Airbus, Cytec, Matrix, P&W, GE, and others in the aerospace industry. Worked with engine blocks, transmissions, transfer cases, turbo housings, blades, blisks, gears, and more.

Automotive. Worked contract at Faurecia using Zeiss Carmet, PC-Dmis, and Metrologic software. Worked to develop CMM programs and optimize existing programs. Worked to calibrate equipment verify gages and fixtures. Worked on PPAP's, gage r&r's, SPC's, capability studies, and more. Worked directly with manufacturing engineering and QE's to develop processes.

Responsible for programming of LK, Mitutoyo, Wenzel Xcite CMM using LK-Dmis, Geomeasure, PC-Dmis, Renishaw, CMM manager, CMES, CAMIO, and Modus. Worked with Renishaw heads PH20 and others. Responsible for First Article Inspections and Deltas using drawings and GD&T. Did First Article Inspections on various parts and mechanisms of the 767, 777, 787, German Airbus, and Chinook CH47. Operated Fabrivision machines for comparison of sheet metal parts to the CAD model. Operated punch press and press brake machines for sheet metal department on the weekend shift. Used SAP and other databases to carryout planned productions. Used ultrasonic gauges, calipers, countersink gauges, pins, fixtures, and other devices to achieve tight tolerances.

Worked with cast and precision machined glands, seals, and couplings for turbo machinery and other applications. Programmed and trained employees on B&S CMM's using PC-Dmis. Programmed new parts daily.

Responsible for operation and programming of LK, Mitutoyo, Wenzel Xcite CMM using LK-Dmis, Geomeasure, PC-Dmis, Renishaw, CMM manager, CMES, CAMIO, and Modus.
