I am an enthusiastic Automation Design Engineer with sound exposure in undertaking improvement & optimization of automation projects; designing and reengineering mechanical components and employing technical and analytical skills to produce industry best output. My specialized skills are in update the unit numbers & pneumatic connections, executing automation designing projects and applying strong approaches towards program stimulation. My focus remains on enhancing the level of efficiency, productivity and quality wherever I serve. Created Design and layout drawings using the AutoCAD software and Eplan. Provides detailed industrial control system drawings and factory test panels for proper functionality. Yellow lines electrical schematics to Q.C or review the content and design. Assist with and per formal drawing and procedure. Works alone or with the project team and communicate well with the project lead or project manager. Design lockout placards. Responsible for ensuring the quality of goods and services to both internal and external customers. Attends and actively participates in project meetings. Assists with shop control panel Q.C procedures when needed. Basic level of understanding of UL508A for industrial control panels.
Within my present role as an Automation Designer, I am accountable for finding SCFM (Standard Cubic Feet Per Minute) and perform all necessary calculations for each Station, designing automation equipment and importing DXF sheets into DWG and 3D diagrams into 2D. Besides this, I am involved in designing, reviewing and improvising various VFD, RADIOLINX, Layout sheets using AutoCAD. My account-abilities also include importing diagrams from AutoCAD to EPLAN, administering automation designing concepts and ensuring proper documentation of all ongoing projects. Additionally, I manage proper coordination between team members and liaise with senior management to ensure that all project specifications are followed in compliance with company policies and are delivered to client on time.
At Sri Sai Exchange Pvt. Ltd., I recognized and evaluated issues regarding boiler, turbine & individual components of refrigeration plant and systematically provided relevant solutions.
At Aditya Precitech Pvt. Ltd., I effectively performed quality control processes on various products including Drill Bits, Axel by employing SolidWorks and Pro/E. Additionally, I was involved in 3D-modeling and 2D detailing of machine components and organizing complete quality management processes at the plant while modelling and redesigning electronic screw jacks.
As a Thermal Engineer Trainee, I computed the thermal efficiency for closed feed water heater and open feed water heater. Apart from this, I evaluated thermal efficiency of boiler in the power plant by changing the inlet pressure and temperature of the steam turbine. Besides, I developed a computer code to assess the thermal efficiency of the boiler and validated it by conducting transient thermal analysis of boiler pressure parts.
