Standard revision with MBUSI and training PLC programmers subcontracted. Safety programs checking and authorization. Improvements and implementations on PLC and HMI programs. Profinet networks validation. Attending meetings to check the project progress, reach agreements and solve problems.

Project: VW371, Jetta A7. PLANT: VWM, Volkswagen de Mxico, Puebla. Description: Be in charge of eight automation engineers and twenty-four PLCs with more than hundred robots. Being in charge directly of three PLC with eighteen Robots, creation of offline, start-up, automatic start, standardization, checklist review, functional tests. Training of three junior programmers for the project. Work coordination for the creation of offline, start-up, function tests, start-up, performance tests, standardization compliance, checklist, production, modifications. Attending meetings with VW and PTA to follow up the advances, problems and solutions in the stations. Parameterization and commissioning of equipments such as SICK scanners, Albany curtains, SEW equipment, movipro and movifit, RFID SICK, Festo air modules, SIEMENS equipment: PLC, couplers, scalance, KP8, IM with input and output modules, Standard and safety

Project: AU426, Q5.  PLANT: Audi México, Puebla.  Description: PLC Programming, improvements to automated lines and support during the production. Commissioning, adjustment and parameterization of electronic devices, Festo valves, adjustment of security scanner and part presences SICK, SEW frequency drives (movifit), Markator Bodyworks marker. Being the project manager at the end of the project, attending meetings with Volkswagen PTA and Audi to show KPIs, open issues solutions, production cycle time and final documentation. Being in charge of five people, two robot programmers, one PLC programmer and one electrical specialist.
