Ensure safe and smooth operation of 120 MW Co-Generation Coal/bagasse power plant. • Monitor and control all running equipment parameters following prudent operating practice. • Develop business critical and safety critical equipment list and keep it updated. • Coordinate with contractors for day to day operation. • Proposed and cost benefit analysis of plant improvement projects to improve the efficiency. • Maintain comprehensive documentation of SOPs of plant operations and official communications • Analyzed and verified all energy saving calculations to promote environmental sustainability and energy conservation. • Co-ordinate with Govt. electric transmission and dispatch bodies for load management. • Perform pre-startup safety reviews for commissioned equipment. • Collaborate with maintenance team for the trouble shooting of a problem occurred during operation of system and provide safe access to equipment by applying lock and tag out technique. • Look after the plant health, safety and environment activities.

Supervised the Engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of 120 MW Cogeneration Power plant. • Review plans and specs during the schematic design of pre-construction. • Ensure the procurement of the best suited equipment to ensure the design integrity. • Supervised the erection and commissioning of the power plant equipment by quality control and assurance. • Develop testing and inspection plans. • Project monitoring and progress reporting to project managers and ensure timely completion of project. • Teamed with senior engineers for job safety analysis and incidents root cause analysis. • Conduct trainings for the staff and team related to plant systems. • Prepare the departmental budgets for construction as well as O&M phase. • Determine the project schedule which include the sequence of all construction activities. • Obtained building and specialty permits from local jurisdictional agencies. • Conduct weekly production and operations contractor meetings which facilitated stronger communication and the ability to resolve critical issues. • Perform regular job site observation to provide direction for EPC contractor personnel. • Reported to the Sr. Construction manager on conformance with the contract schedule. • Conduct all critical pre-installation conferences with EPC contractors, subcontractors, consultants and manufacturers representations. • Digitally archived weekly progress and technical "Knowledge Base" photographs of all assigned projects. • Prepared and followed through on all required punch lists

• Develop the specifications and process flow drawings of the manufacturing process. • Daily performance monitoring of sugar manufacturing and power generation and applied efficient techniques for the optimum operation of the plant with minimum load. • Assist operations manager for the operations activities and ensure the safe and smooth operations.
