Exceptional servo & motion control experience, IMC, GML, Kinetix, SERCOS, CIP, camming, gearing, coordinated motion, etc.

• Design hardware control circuits, create electrical drawings and BOM's, size components, and program PLC's, HMI's, Motion Controls, and Drives for a large variety of automation projects as a systems integrator. • Support electrical panel shop during build, startup and commissioning of electrical panels • Perform service work and troubleshooting call outs to support clients.

• Provide reliability and maintenance support on automation/electrical controls for all corporate plants nationwide. • Execute conversion projects to convert/upgrade legacy PLC's to latest technology PLC's • Assist with standards definition for utilizing object-oriented programming • Lead the development for drive and servo motion standards, companywide, as the SME.

• Conversion Projects – Perform complete turnkey engineering for customers with legacy and third-party automation components to current Logix based PLC, Kinetix motion and/or PowerFlex drives. • Maintenance and Troubleshooting experience with PLC/PAC/HMI/Motion/Drives/Networks/Safety Equipment. • Emergency Callout support on Rockwell Automation products. • Network Validation Services – Perform installation and media validation services in customer facilities on DH+, RIO, DeviceNet, and ControlNet on copper, coax, and fiber media • Drive Startups – Installation verification, configuration, and commissioning testing • Training – Supply training for customers on a variety of products from legacy motion systems to current Logix-based systems.
