I have worked in all aspects of programming. From commissioning for Greenfield/Brownfield to troubleshooting.
I started programming on the s7-300/400 models and I am very fluent with these controllers.
I have used these models and programmed them for MBV. I am confortable with these drives.
I worked for Durr directly & indirectly for about 6 years. I have spent most of my career in body shop, but I am very confident with my skills with programming process or clean room for Durr.

Professional Competencies (5)
I have spent most of my career in maintenance as a tech and as a programmer. By having a maintenance background, it increases my troubleshooting skills because most programmers only understand programming. I stand out by knowing the mechanical side of the industry, as well.

Work Experience(5)
I have previously supported all maintenance breakdowns, line improvements, HMI optimizations, fault cleanup/reduction, model year changes, all PLC programming changes, and technician training. Currently, I am on the Greenfield launch team. My responsibilities are helping develop HMI screens, performing buyoff for virtual commissioning, consistency check with the standard, and traveling regularly to the line builder for support.
I worked primarily as maintenance technical support after new model launch in the body shop. (MBV SC) I commissioned a Brownfield project during winter Shut down and provided lineside support. Instructed 2 class room training classes for cell operators and new technicians at MBUSI. Flew to support SMP during an emergency breakdown and data loss for the paint shop in February 2020 for two days. Desoft (second level logistics system) and the PLC lost all data due to human error. I worked 20 hours straight to get the plant back up in operation.
In my 1 year at Dürr, I worked many hours in multiple projects. I provided emergency breakdown support on 4 different occasions. Performed Precommissiong for all hardware for a customer using Rockwell. Performed programming, hardware setup, and virtual commissioning for a customer in Europe. Punch list buyoff on 2 different Greenfield plants. Provided 3 months of support in 2 different Paint shops.
SMP Automotive Global Master PLC Engineer and Electrician during the entire greenfield installation of a Dürr Paint shop. I worked in the sister facility in Mexico for 3 months to learn the software standard. I then attended 3 weeks of PLC training and obtained the Dürr programming certificate in Detroit.
Maintenance Team member for BiW during the 205 Greenfield launch. Obtained integra wave 4 training and certificate. Worked with S7, s7 graph, STL, IDPro, Krc4, Isra, and SICK. Along with daily maintenance tasks, worked to reduce faults and perform program optimization
