Recalibrate Robots. Programming, respot etc. Repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical problems. Communicated with manager to meet goals. Provide technical support during manufacture, testing, and installation. Operate conventional Robotic weld cell to fabricate metallic parts and assemblies. Maintain and upgrade Control System including program changes, modification and adding new equipment. Program changes such as Spot welding, gluing, MIG welding and hemming. Observed all the company safety rules, policies, and procedures. Complete PMs as assigned and document as scheduled

 Programming sealer deck robots February 2005 - December 2009  Worked with SCA and Fanuc on installation of the new Sealer Robot Zone.  Responsible for all Sealer robot programming on E85, E86, E53, E70, E71, and E72  Responsible for all training of robot operators.  On the new model team for the E70 on all build phases.
