Considered a resource for system and paint engineering practices. Required to start a second shift 6 months earlier than initially planned due to capacity issues. - Launch of 2nd shift - 50 Hourly and 1 Salaried: - Hired hourly and salaried personnel - Responsible for transition from 1 shift to a 2 shift operation. * Created Hybrid shift transitioning to 2nd with milestone report outs * Set-up training and launched the shift - Day-to-day; leadership and supervision in the achievement of productivity - Increased Daily production from 4000 parts to 8500 without increasing hours or manpower - Daily coordination with other members of management throughout the facility. - Launch of new indirect material tools/supplies - Coordinate launch of new colors with Pilot teams
