April 2015- December 2015 Controls Technician Matcor Automotive Part of a New Model launch team that is responsible for support of new model equipment. My main role is to support the launch of new model activity, in doing this I make the necessary programming adjustments to allow the machine to be tailored to the wants and needs of the plant. Throughout this role, I have seen programs go from machine build phase to home line process. I have developed a weld tracking system that allows the company to monitor and track the amount of rework a machine produces on a day to day bases, along with this I have also helped implement a production tracking systems that generates a report on production, machine faults, as well as more machine, specific items. Through this experience, I have gained a great amount of knowledge in machine building and process flow

Oct 2014-April, 2015 Robotics Technician, Ridgeview Industries At Ridgeview I was responsible for all robotic welding operation and preventive maintenance on welding equipment. Including mig welding, spot welding, and projection welding

August 2010-Oct, 2014 Maintenance Team leader, TSTech Alabama At TSTech Alabama I started as a line associate in the welding department. Within the first six months I was promoted to a Trainer. Once in this position I was responsible for managing the proficiency of the line and basic troubleshooting of automated equipment. Over the course of a year I was then promoted to the Robotics Technician, I was then responsible for troubleshooting more complex robotics issues and weld programming. Within the next year, I moved into the maintenance department as the night shift Maintenance Team Leader. While in my role as the Team Leader of the maintenance department I managed the maintenance operation of over 50 robotic cells as well as all assembly lines. I assisted in the creation of a preventive maintenance plan to ensure that our equipment was running at 100% efficiency
