Maintain and monitor multiple assembly press machines, find and repair issues in a timely matter As needed, do daily pm's to tooling

Build and wire robot control modules for various robot modles

At TI Automotive I was the lead wiring technician for two large process line startup projects. For both projects I followed the electrical prints and wired 6 PLC racks that included: 24vdc input cards, 110vac output cards, Analog input and output cards, thermocouple cards, Devicenet and RS 232 cards. I also wired Baldor VFD drives and motors, transformers, limit switches, relays, motor starters, pushbuttons, prox switches, assembled and installed 480vac 3 phase disconnects, plumbed and wired pneumatic valves, mounted and wired, electrical junction boxes. Interfaced Induction units to Omron PLC. I worked closely with the project engineers to troubleshoot and insure each piece of equipment was functional.

Wired robotic weld lines for aerospace equipment using customer electrical prints. This included wiring 480vac 3 phase equipment

I wired CNC machines. This included low and high voltage 480vac 3 phase components, motors and Siemans motor drives, limit switches, prox switches, relays, Allen Bradley PLCs, etc. I also cut and thread black pipe for pneumatic connections. When asked I also performed facility maintenance such as replacement lighting, power drops too equipment, and equipment repair.

Performed electrician work installing and assembling robotic type manufacturing equipment for producing automobiles. Reading electrical schematic diagrams and building prints. Interconnecting panels, running wire, cables, ethernet and terminating connections. Hooking up motors, sensors, controls, building conveyors. Drill and tap, mounting unistrut and electrical boxes, assembling/installing cable trays and baskets. Tear down equipment for shipping. This included wiring 480vac 3 phase equipment. Aug. 2010 – Dec. 2010 Assemly Line Team Leader: Performed maintenance on assembly line equipment. Daimler Chrysler, March 2009 – Aug. 2010 Assemly Line Team Leader: Lead 8 people on the Sebring assembly line dashboard station. Performed rework and insure quality of teams production.
