Nemak projects consisted in debug, start-up and support for a casting line, it includes the heating system, the sand blowers, the pouring and machining for heads and blocks, using Siemens and Rockwell devices.
Cummins project consisted in the design and debug in Comau, Rock Hill, MI and installation, debug and start-up for the robot fanuc auto stations for diesel engines.
The Faurecia project was developed in ATS SC and installed in SLP Mex. The project consisted in commissioning, debug, installation, start-up and support for an assembly tracks line.
The Fanuc project for Chrysler Ramos Arizpe was the debug, start-up and support for material handling and data transmission for an entire line of blocks.
Chrysler Saltillo Tigershark, support for installation, commissioning, debug and modifications of machines and interface with the line PLC. Addition of cameras, systems and new operations.
The GM Defiance project consisted in the debug for the conveyors that feed the CNC for an engine line.
