Designed robotic weld cells with advanced control systems on them. Some manual weld cells. Some welding experience but not interested in full time welding. These individuals work very hard for too little money.

Put advanced control systems on Spot welders.

Have had a Forklift Certification in the past.

Was large part of Custom Service over the years. had to respond to major situations right down to taking a quick phone call to answer a custom question.

In addition to over 20 years experience installing different equipment at customer sites, have over 10 years supervising all types of electrical and controls equipment and all the commisssioning work and documentation that goes with it.

Supervised installations of entire Automotive Paint Shops. Interacted with customer as first point of contact. Then able to bring back all information to share with internal project team.

Have managed entire large job site electrical department. Over 100 people onsite at a time.

Designed and built many advanced systems always utilizing the most advanced technolgies of the time. Most current is certainly the IIoT. Communicating over IP instead of older I/O as much more reliable and stable. Easier cheaper wiring. Thats a no brainer.

Worked with a wide variety of robotic systems. FANUC, GRACO, MOTOMAN, PANASONIC, EMERSON. Helped design robotic cells for welding, sealing, painting, cleaning, and others. From 'Pick Up Trucks' large systems, down to table top medical equipment.
