Position details: VW Atlas project, Incoming Vendor Quality-Non Conforming issues-8D. Create, update and train Quality Techs on Quality Auditing practices. (Polyworks software – Romer Laser Measurement training, Polyworks Campus Detroit MI)

Position details: Create and update programs for CMM, Mahr & Hommel Surface finish equipment, inform and work with Engineering, Setup Techs, and Operators to ensure cross department quality issues are being communicated and resolved. Test material and components for defects and tolerance specs, complete inspection reports for incoming vendor first article. Plan and implement test instructions for updated and new inspection processes. Periodically preform a step by step Audit to ensure quality standards are being achieved at each operation. Train and mentor entry level employees, report progress to upper management. (Zeiss Calypso Software Course- Charlotte NC)

Position details: Create and improve programs for CMM, Liaison between R&D / Quality / Engineering / Field Service. Support team for the implantation of Sub Sea Wet Mateable Fiber Optic Connector. Quality inspection using various precision gauges.

Manufacturing Quality Assurance for Baxter Medical project. Test and ensure manufacturing quality process standards are being met and recorded. Work as a team to resolve quality defects, reduce scrap to increase productivity.
