I have developed a feature to connect external axis which can be used as a linear track or additional DOF for gripper to our current system via Ethercat communication. This will be remaining in interpolation along with the robot interpolation therefore we can get a synchronous movement of external axis along with the robot movement both in Joint as well as Linear interpolation.

I have coded an auto palletizing logic with self-defined userframe method as available in other 6-axis servo robots. The logic calculates the whole pallet based on the three extreme points and one pick/place point. This saves time for teaching and execution as well as user-friendly for the operator.

I have travelled individually to Dubai to commission and install the Robot at BITS Pilani. There I have installed TAL Brabo robot for Pick and place application, in which robot picks a ball from a chute places in it a matrix of 3x3 and vice versa.

I have got shifted to Research and Development for the service rendered during last 2years.During this tenure, I'm working on software development for the robot where we implement features required by customers such as external axis integration, Palletizing and code stabilization. Along with this we used to work on variants of motors and controls for the upcoming products.

After my trainee period I got promoted as Engineer, I looked after sales and application. During this Period, I had got opportunities to interact with the customers and to provide solutions for them. I have participated in Exhibitions such as Make in India 2016, IIT Tech Fest, IMTEX 2016, Automation Expo as Exhibitor representing TAL BRABO.I have got orders of 5 Robots in which 3 has been converted as revenue. Along with this I had installed and commissioned the robot. I was heading GST implementation which was a notable activity of this period.

As an Engineer Trainee, I have worked in Production, Manufacturing and Purchase department in Job rotation. During this duration I have standardized the internal robot and robot controller wiring in E-Plan, assembled around 10 robots individually from initial details. Have given training for many customers and Integrators. Along with this I have worked on SAP transactions, material procurement, supplier and vendor follow-up. I have been elected as a Team Leader for Electrical assembly is the noteworthy thing of this duration.
