Provided good production support over the holiday season
We had Kevin come back for some follow up PLC work, and as before he did a great job in editing the programs and debugging the system.
He didn’t have the right software, normally no big deal to get it installed, but dealt with this both days with no sufficient resolution. I put him on this simple task to gauge his ability, and we’ve done more hand-holding than anything else.
Kevin went over and above on this project and even helped out on the PLC side. We were very happy to have him on this project and will definitely like to use him in the future.

Chrysler Controls Engineer Integrated graphics into exciting HMI's with new fixtures and robots added, Factory Talk V5. Developed graphics for new HMI's for the new zones that where added off their standard for new HMI's, Factory Talk V7. Integrated the new fixtures and robots into the PLC logic of the exciting logic in RSLogix5000 V16. Adding sequences and fault messages for both. Worked on PLC programming of new logic using RSLogix5000 V20. Worked to get FIS into excel and in the logic so there is a way to trouble shoot what is wrong. Karma Field Tech/Controls Engineer Worked on trouble shooting door and hood line. Using Omron as the PLC program. Work with the robot programmer's to get the system in sequence. Worked with Electrical and Mechanical personal to make sure clamps, part presents, and wiring all works properly. Translated HMI sequences from Finnish to English so the operators know the order of things where meant to be done in the right order. Programmed Sick Floor Scanners. ATS Carolina (Brose) Controls Engineer. Siemens step 7 and Siemens Graph. Debugged the sequences and graphs for 5 stations. Helped mechanical and electrical find issues for 5 stations. Gestamp SC Press Line Maintenance Tesla Controls Engineer. Siemens TIA Portal programing and production support. Help figure out mechanical problems that are causing production issues. Gestamp SC Controls Engineer. Production support with Allen Bradley RSLogix 5000 and Studio 5000. Proogramming and production support with KUKA Robotics.
