Chattanooga, TN In March of 2011 was promoted as first shift Plant Manager with added the responsibilities of Scheduling, Proof reading of Work Orders from Engineering, Supervision of shipping, receiving, and finishing.

Chattanooga, TN Responsible for the design of prototypes and drawings for customers. Was able to saved the company time and money by resolving an issue with the robot arcing off in the liner. I discovered that it had been a long time since the conduit had been changed and that the wire had created a groove in it. By replacing the conduit ourselves we were up and running much faster and didn't have to pay a Technician from Fanuc several thousand dollars to come on site and to troubleshoot.
Chattanooga, TN Setup machines for production workers, reading blue prints, operation of robotically welders. Was instrumental in the set up of an Arc Mate 120i which had to be reprogrammed because of an accidental deletion of Safe Home Torch Cleaning. By fixing this we were able to go from 8 weld types to over 230. To prevent this from happening again I began to train 4 setup guys on how to program this correctly. I was then promoted to our Engineering Dept.

Morrison, Tennessee Managed workers on 3rd shift, made jig check adjustments, and modified welds for rear suspension to correct burn through. Oversaw the assembly line from beginning to end.

Morrison, Tennessee Was a fill in for all assembly line positions, did all jig checks through whole line and took role as Line Lead when Lead was unavailable. Wired sensors and assisted with programming of Motoman robotic welders.
Spot-welded and repaired parts, which were defective. Made jig checks to insure parts were inspect.
