Troubleshooting on all the project is one of the main duties either for the process or the onsite equipment.

Use the Root Cause Analysis diagrams and Fish Bone diagrams to get the main problem causes and to figure out the solution for every problem in a system or production line.

5+ years of experience on designing of Automated Systems and cells for 10+ projects that include the system design using standard parts, the installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of the system.

3+ years of general experience abbout the conveyor system including its standarization (putting its standared), types selection, sizing, installation and commissioning.

2 years of experience on facility maintenance that include the onsite facility equipment, vehicles and machines.

2+ years of experience on material handling system on 10+ different project. System design, handling system relocation, identifying paths facility design, standard design, commissioning and troubleshooting.

• Increase automation levels for facilities by adding robots to the assembly lines and integrating the systems with human labor. • Investigate low quality lines and improve quality and productivity using Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen and Future state maps Techniques. Fix problems of manufacturing cells with high error rates using root cause analysis and fish bone diagrams, provide the man machine charts to minimize the bottle necks in the system. • Design fully automated warehouses and storage system for retail customers including Amazon, FedEx and Walmart including comprehensive layouts and AutoCad drawings, calculating power loads, air supply and steel loads for entire facility. • Calculate cycle time and routing of the handling system and standardizing the fully automated storage systems (AS/RS, Carousel, Racking, Shelving and Multi shuttles). Selecting the proper automated handling solutions (AGVs, KIVA stations, overhead robots, and monorails and trolley conveyors). • Undertaking stress tests for all the systems and the whole facility and apply the rate acceptance tests, Review and approve the commissioning check lists and doing the as-builds drawing.

Designing Fully Automated warehouses and storage systems for our partner clients and retail customers as Amazon, FedEx, Walmart ... Doing the Layouts and detailed drawings for the whole systems Using AutoCad. Work with the project team to calculate the loads and power needed for the whole facility and the Air Supply for the customer site, and doing steel calculations and standardizing the conveying systems supports for celling and floor. Calculating cycle time and routing of the handling system, and standardizing the fully automated storage systems (AS/RS, Carousel, Racking, Shelving and Multi shuttles). Selecting the proper automated handling solutions (AGVs, KIVA stations and robots overhead monorails and trolley conveyors). Selecting proper complex material specification, schematic preparation and appropriate follow-up, and doing the ordering for the parts and components and resale parts using ELM and checking these orders using SAP. Communicating with Foreign Suppliers, and setting the Factory Acceptance Criteria. Generating Working Design Principals/Initial drawings and doing Kinematic chain trade off analysis. Ensure that all units run & installed correctly. Doing static and dynamic commissioning for the customers facilities and ensure that the products and the running system meet the customer requested criteria. Doing stress tests for all the systems and the whole facility and apply the rate acceptance tests, Review and approve the commissioning check lists and doing the as-builds drawing.

Designing The Fully Automated Machines that manufactures the crystals and the handling systems by generating the concepts on Cad and going through the detailed design up till the machines manufacturing process. Drawing the cells layouts using AutoCAD and calculating cycle time and routing of the material handling system. Innovating/generating new ideas/fully automated machines to increase the productivity and reduce the cost. Doing conceptual design for old and new mechanism and machines. Using Standard handling equipment and parts in mechanism to increase the speed of the process. Doing Reverse engineering for machines to study the force analysis and doing design adjustments to overcome the problems on m/c. Selecting Principal solution for various designed concept depending on customer needs and using many engineering techniques to improve the customer satisfaction. Reviewing the design done by machine design team and the prototypes done by the manufacturing team. Modifying old manual machines and converts it into fully automated Machines. Generating required reports, proposals and presentations for the team manager and for the top management.

Designing the maintenance plans and achieving these plans. Doing maintenance for RMC equipment (Concrete Pumps, Stations and Mixing Trucks ...). Leading the team of mechanics and electricians. Repairing the hydraulic systems and dealing with sudden failures.
