LocationGreenville-Spartanburg-Anderson, South Carolina Area Green manufacturing company start up, launching the OBC (On Board Charger) for Harley Davidson's Livewire motorcycle. Job has included, board level diagnostics of the OBC's. Using bench testing methods with a multi meter, oscilloscope, Eng. Rack and visual inspection of the circuit boards and proper assembly procedures. Other jobs include improving the production line and assembly of the OBC. Implementing quality alerts when needed, changing assembly procedures, improving the production line testing measures, Hi-pot 1 & 2, updating Eol (end of line) software for better testing before they go to the burn in racks for a final three hour testing. Train Supervisor's, Leads and Quality personnel in new build procedures and visual inspections.

Minghua USA LocationGreer, SC 29651  Green Manufacture company startup, Tier one supplier to BMW MC for G05, G06, G07 and F95.  Flew to Germany 8 times to check the construction, safety and train on the gluing two machines and signed off on the equipment.  Flew to China 2 times to check the construction, delivery and safety of the 3rd gluing machines and signed off on the equipment.  Each machine consists: 3 Kuka robots, Plasma treat system, 2K pump and dispensing system, infrared curing system (COD), HMI control system and center tooling robot for opening and closing curing nest.  Wrote the PFEMA, SOP's, work instructions, process of the glue operation, verifications check list, Preventive maintenance of the equipment, Nonconformance reports and safety procedures.  Managed, Installed and commissioned each machine. Trained operators and maintenance for each machine.
