Previous Professional Work Experiences Include: 4D Sytems, Inc. 03/2014-03/2016 Robot Programmer/Integrator & Installation Engineer/Software While working contract for Fanuc, I installed software updates, changed the core software on an R30iA controller to allow DCS setup, also used images and backups to reconfigure robots that were not configured correctly. As installation Engineer for the Ford P552 build/launch I identified bad cords or wiring that were landed or labeled wrong and replaced bad boards or components in the controller. Also provided support on the Transit Van assembly line. Most recently I have been working for KUKA, Comau and Paslin as a robot programmer and integrator. While working for KUKA, I was tasked with total startup of 3 MH robots, requiring me to configure the I/O, write the program structure and process. R & E Automated Systems 02/2012-12/2013 Robot Programmer & Roller Hemming Specialist Lead sales representative, were I am responsible for selling landscape product maintaining displays, working with suppliers." Estimating" square footage, face footage, job costs. Engineered Major retaining walls. Educate contractors on new products. Performed brick paver seminars. Fixed truck scale. Class A CDL. Worked with Fanuc robots to program multiple pass hemming paths for aftermarket closures. Original production tolerances were required for all service parts, and these were met or exceeded on all occasions Waterford DPW 07/2002-02/2012 Monitor and Maintain testing equipment, troubleshoot input and output controllers, upload photos on photo workshop.
