Commisioned every delivery line in General Assembly of Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama. This included debug and programming of all the electrical components. Equipment commissioned at HMMA: PF755, PF700, PF400, PF 70, PF 700s AB Drives RS5000 controllers from L55 to L73 RS ControlNet, EtherNet, and DeviceNet Commisioning equipment is my strongest skill. Since passing my 5 year in service I have become the go to person for any non standard machine issues. If other team members can not get the line running they call me. I work very well with Maintenance team members and Integrators. We come from the same backgrounds and speak the same language.
20 years of multi-craft maintenance experience both as a team member and a manager. During my career at HMMA i led the General Assembly Maintenance department to a 99.5% uptime efficency.

Engineering Manager reporting directly to the Senior Engineering Manager. Responsible for the day to day function of the Stamping Plant Engineering Maintenance Department. Leading a team of Salaried and Hourly team members. Prepared, received, and installed Capital Budget Projects from $3 to $5 Million per year. Managed new model launches. Specified and installed new servo drives and software in IHI Stamping Press. This was a $2,5 million dollar project that completely changed the IHI Press controls system. This project was implemented and commissioned in 8 days
Supervised electrical installation contractors. Installed, programmed and commisioned all electrical components. I personally commisioned all of the ControlNet, DeviceNet, EtherNet, and on machine ArmorStarters. After initial installation and turnover I was assigned as the only Rockwell Person on site to complete the installation punch list. Interfaced with the customer daily to follow up on issues. If needed I also prepared the Engineering Change Notices for additional work not in the contract.
