Component designer Period:​ 2016 August - 2017 April Client:​ Volvo Cars Project Description: There are several components in vehicle petrol/gasoline system. I was responsible for three of them, a low pressure sensor, a leakage module and a control valve. Designing according to Volvo standards, finding a good supplier for major production, review the test results with the selected supplier to achieve the goals, collecting the reports from the workshops and finding the reasons of the drawbacks,... were parts of my responsibilities. EL/PLC coordinator Period:​ 2015 Jun - 2016 March Client:​ Volvo Cars Project Description: Based on the contract, I am responsible for delivery. We normally have a contract with a supplier to design a new factory or update part of the current factory. I am responsible to talk with supplier and take care of controlling problem and make sure that supplier understand our request correctly and then step by step I will continue with them until the delivery step. In my area, I am responsible for electrical and automation problem. I also connect IT group to the supplier. Then I should understand IT issues and try to find a right person to solve it. Design and implementation of Hardware system and helping the Software team – EU Project LOCOMACHS Period:​ 2015 Jun - 2016 Jan Client:​ 31 companies in the European airline, such as Airbus, Saab, Bombardier Project Description: LOCOMACHS (LOw COst Manufacturing and Assembly of Composite and Hybrid Structures) is a collaborative research and development project coordinated by SAAB AB, gathering 31 partners including the European key players in the aircraft industry. Faster and more cost efficient assembly of composite structural parts is a key enabler to high rate production​. LOCOMACHS seeks to combine existing and innovative technologies to remove non-added value operations, which are time consuming and induce recurring costs, within composite production lines. In this project, Chalmers' share is to design and implement a new robot which is responsible for wing assembly of new generation of airplanes. Assignment: Project Leader with responsibility for mechanical assembly, electrical commissioning, control box implementation, test of the internal control system and produce the final brochure. In this project, the basic software is CoDeSys. Shilan 4/5 2017-11-22 Electronic Quality Inspector Period:​ 2014 Nov – 2015 Jun Client:​ Caspian Quality Service, Sweden Description: Responsible for the completion of the source inspection documentation and report results in a timely manner based on drawing, Purchase order, FAT (Factory acceptance Test) and ITP (Inspection Test Plan). The quality inspector shall travel to various supplier facilities to perform visual and dimensional inspections on manufactured parts, assemblies, and/or sub-assemblies. Parts will be inspected to engineering drawings, customer purchase order(s), industry standards, and specifications. The inspector will be required to report inspection accept / reject information directly to the customer. Electronic Technician Period:​ 2013 Aug – 2015 Jun Client:​ SmartTek, Gothenburg, Sweden Description: Installation of security system, web design (word press), mobile and smart tablet reparation job (hardware and software), PC and Mac reparation job (hardware and software) Head of group - Automation and Control engineering Period:​ 2005 Aug - 2010 Aug Client:​ Kermanshah Petrochemical Industries Company (K.P.I.C.). (http://www.kpic.ir) Instrument engineer Group head. Performing the instrument and the industrial control systems maintenance, preparing required spare part lists, technical bid analysis, assisting contractors during system commissioning, routine supervisions and introduction training of new recruits. I was also responsible for programming and updating the PLC control systems based on physical changes that were being performed in the plant (SIEMENS S7-400, -300, -200, WinCC). I have started working during commissioning and installation of plant equipment. I worked in Utility plant (as an Instrument Engineer) which includes Water treatment, Nitrogen, Sanitary, and Firewater plants. The job included maintenance of different types of sensors, solenoids, control valves, actuators, solenoid valves, compressors, gate valves, transmitters (made by SIEMENS,ROSEMOUNT...). After commissioning time, my responsibilities were mostly training new staff and supervising the maintenance works. Tools/Technologies used: ​PLC Control System (SIEMENS S7-400, -300, -200), WinCC, DCS Control System, FCS Control System, HART devices, analyzers, different types of sensors, solenoids, control valves, actuators, solenoid valves compressors, gate valves, transmitters (made by SIEMENS,ROSEMOUNT...).

M.Sc. of Systems, Control and Mechatronics Period:​ 2011 Aug – 2014 Jun School:​ Chalmers University of Technology Master Thesis - Robot Restart Management (Nov 2012 – Jun 2014) During this project, I was working with ABB and KUKA robots. The project was mainly about robot state synchronization after restart procedure. Implementing a very nice controller in Step 7 (Siemens, P.L.C. S7-300, TIA Portal V11) results in an arbitrary state selection and the state synchronization for recovery procedure in error occurrence. This decrease time consumption and increase flexibility in production process and also increase controllability without using extra sensor.
