Support Alstom Engineering design & development, working closely with Train System Integrator and major sub system vendors. Involved in Gate review like Design Phase, Manufacturing phase Design and Modify Electrical Schematic. Identify and Prepare separate Part list for newly added items like Relay, Breaker, Connectors, Terminal Block location with details Synoptic view to Mechanical Team. Assigning Harness number with Class wise for Proper routing, Crimp contacts for production Team. Prepare and support for Work Instruction process control documents, detailing the production installation sequence and specific work implementation instructions. Preparation of technical specifications and tender documents. High Voltage equipment engineering, Brake System, Vehicle Integration, Vehicle commissioning support, Technical Investigation, RAMS Engineer. Involved in Complete Project life cycle system from design to Manufacturing and Commissioning Execution support. Development of Engineering services department for other European sites. Prepare technical proposal (circuit diagram, designing and selection of components) Ensuring the designs of the systems (new/upgraded) are fit for the intended purpose Identify and analyses root cause of systematic defects and other performance issue on trains. Prepare engineering hours, resource management for project execution. Involved in Change Management board, Issue management board for technical changes. Experience in presentation skills in explaining train faults and corresponding solutions to both internal and external customers.Testing and validation of new product operation in Factory level test

Participated in field activities such as testing, Installation and commissioning activities Checked manufacturer's wiring drawings, one-line diagrams, schematics, and data sheets Prepared basic engineering calculations and drawings Provided draft equipment specifications for major electrical equipment Coordinated electrical equipment contracts directly with equipment vendors Developed and managed cable and termination information utilizing plant design software Design of Control panel and develop software for assembly and test equipment's. Involved in New Prototype testing & evaluation of PMSG Generator, Power Unit with Peak load, Power conversion panel, Transformer, Electrical Panels at Factor & Sites. Preparation of Electrical Schematic for Control panel, tower Base Panel & Pitch Systems using Eplan P8. Prepare specifications & drawings for electrical equipment like transformers, switchgears, UPS for Indian conditions & evaluate vendor offers. Conceptualize Design, and Develop new and existing products. Participate in Design review, engineering changes. Having strong knowledge of using existing symbols and creation of new symbols, Variants/Macros creation, Schematic rules, Constraint editors, Preparation Bill of Materials (BOM), Import/Export data's to Excel etc. Prepare the maintenance work instructions, Commissioning reports, test procedure, Inspection Reports, Retrofit Documents. To identify & execute various cost out projects aimed at cost reduction. To support internal customers like SCM, Commissioning & ONM Team by giving technical Clarification. Participating in solving technical problems and providing solution to employer/client and contractors. Identify & Develop new vendors for manufacturing electrical works.
