Spent time this year touring automotive facilities in the UK and Germany. With a heavy focus on automation for Mini Cooper, and Audi. Worked with Logistics to develop batch build systems that will be traceable from Tier 1 supplier to Automotive OEM. Tesla (Giga Factory) Controls engineer commissioning new battery module automation. Heavy focus on Rockwell product line (AB Studio 5000 v.30, Rockwell Drive automation) Work with Rockwell team to commission drive systems for Tesla. Finished commissioning of MMAC Battery module. Designed templates for Ignition SCADA software and implementation of SCADA system. Paccar Automotive November 2017 – December 2017 – Spent six weeks working on Cognex camera systems problem, and Lieberr gantry's and automation. Was working on a project for the Heller CNC machine to be able to bypass at the operator level. Started to help with the issues they were having with their MES (Fis) system. Covered all levels of Controls engineering calls that came in. Including ABB robots, Fanuc robots etc. WKS system was in place but not operational. I did get ¾ of the plant WKS system working. Design of a multimillion dollar central coolant system IVA automated Heat treat system DMG machine moves from building to building Held the responsibility of electrical (AHJ) for all training of OSHA standards, NFPA 79, NFPA70e, and OSHA 29CFR.
