Design, modification, integration and building applied in different processes such as test systems, semiautomatic equipment for assembly, using different types of software and programming applications, such as PLC, Labview, Arduino, Panel View, Solid works, among others.

 Responsible for the area of controls.  Tracing and analysis of failures, improvements, security between machine-human and new implementations.  PLC micrologix with an HMI structured with Visual Studio.  CompactLogix PLC and an HMI with FactoryTalk ME.  Intelligent torques, Vision systems, scanners, RFID readers, Hydropneumatic presses and in general semiautomatic assembly systems.  Reduction of customer complaints.  Standardization of security devices applying Cummins security standards.

 Troubleshooting machinery of labeling, presses, testing systems, ultrasonic welding equipment and different types of semiautomatic assembly systems.  Design, modification, integration and building applied in different processes such as test systems, semiautomatic equipment for assembly, using different types of software and programming applications, such as PLC, Labview, Arduino, Panel View, Solid works, among others.  Reduced downtime in secondary equipment.

 Responsible leader equipment maintenance in the area of modules involved in the continuous improvement of equipment, as well as preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance, my function was to keep the equipment operating conditions on third shift. 2 Technical having my office, whose primary function was to make preventive or corrective machines that were not in operation during the shift.  Relevant achievements: Analysis of mechanical and hydraulic failures, reducing downtime, review of preventive maintenance routines.

 Responsible as a maintenance technician team involved in continuous improvement, as well as preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance, in different types of machinery such as riveters Adtech brand, superior and lizard type, die cutting machines of different tonnage up 125T federal trademark with different ways to operate, either mechanical pneumatic or hydraulic, piercing machines, machines aluminum extrusion, process and cooling process according to the alloy type and density, as well as cutting machines among others and my role was to keep critical equipment operational condition.  Relevant accomplishments: Implementation of set-up horizontal blanking machines called (step shear) obtaining a saving of 90% in scrap. Involved in new projects, personally acquire great knowledge in most of the company being the only coach who has traveled and known much of the machinery
