Project 1: Control of baggage flow Commissioning of 400 conveyors for Cancun Airport Terminal 4. This project implied the programming of X-ray machines using profius network. Also there is a ISO on TCP protocol between a S7-1500 controller and a server, which is used to send data about baggages. This project was emulated previously in Denmark (Beumer Group) in order to pass the Fat Test. Project 2: Lamp test station This project involves the programming of stations to test car lamps. It has 3 tests, the first station makes a leaktest, the second one makes an intensity and aligment test, and finally lamps could be marked or drilled, it depends on the final status.
Project 1: Robotic Cells for A7 (VW) and Q5 (Audi) Tanks This project was developed in Kautex Textron Puebla, it involves the programming of a robotic cell to process tanks. The sequence starts by weighting the tank, then the tank is taken by a Fanuc Robot and places it in front a laser marker machine, after that the tank is moved to a cooling machine and finally the robot takes the tank out to do a water test and leaves it inside of a buffer system. Along of all the sequence, several data are sent to a data base.
