Field Service Engineer for Fanuc Robotics. Perform Fanuc programming and maintenance on complete line of Fanuc manipulator arms. Have numerous years of experience in robotic spot and mig welding, material handling, palletizing, external axis control, rtu transfer system, multi-arm tandem robot controller programming, new project implementation and support. Provided mechanical and engineering support for automotive facility which employs more than 1000 Fanuc robots. DCS, i/o, variable, master calibration, motor and gear reducer replacement. Axis oil change procedures. I have done everything possible with Fanuc, except commissioning from scratch.
Irc5 water jet programming and modification, hot melt glue sealer application, multi-arm tandem robot systems. S4 controller interface for mig welding, material handling operations, and external axis control (trunnion)
Ladder logic modification, editing, troubleshooting and repair. Large stamping press with multiple stages. Hmi programming, 7", 10", 12" displays. Perform routine controller project backups.
Completed on-site training course with Kuka college. Programming and maintenance of palletizing robots, transferring automotive body stampings from conveyor belt to racking system. Robots perform automatic tool changes, synchronized with large stamping press die changes. Experienced on precision roll hemming processes utilizing superior accuracy of Kuka robotic arms.
