HMI, PLC and SCADA work Involved in all aspects of programming from P&ID review, Markups, Database development, Panel check, Programming, Pre-commissioning, Field device point checks, Dry and Wet Commissioning. Setup field HMI and PLC programming devices, Upgrade software and firmware on field devices as need be. PLC programming in Schneider Unity Pro 8.0 and above, Modicon Proworx Nxt. Configure remote drops using Schneider connexium switches. Vijeo Citect 7.2,7.5 and Citect SCADA development and commissioning. SCADA point development and commissioning. Setup Networking devices as Cisco switches, ETG100's etc. Performs investigation manufacturing deviations and anomalies related to automation and software. Supports Validation Department with initial P&ID and Electrical drawings review, software testing, and protocol review. Develop databases based on PHP, MySQL, Visual Studio, C#, JavaScript on Raspberry Pi or Microsoft and Linux Servers.
Discuss type, quality and number of merchandise required for purchase. Advise customers on utilization and care of merchandise. Show the live working of merchandise. Quote prices and discounts as well as credit terms, trade-in allowances, warranties and delivery dates. Prepare sales contracts and accepted payment through cash, cheque and credit card. ● Maintain sales records for inventory control.
