About Me
-I have 25 years + experience welding, Fabricating, programming Fanuc robots with emphasis on robotic welding. Special machines and conveyor installation and troubleshooting. Machining, and use of most metal working equipment. Fixture design and build. I provide welding services and grinding services for production parts or one of a kind fabrications. The past 10 years I have spent working with multiple companies that hand welded everything in the past and got them set up with building a robotic welding department and helping spec out cells that suit their needs. Start up and set up the cells for quick change over Fixtures, design and built robotic welding Fixtures and wrote all the robotic welding programs. Taught operators how to load/unload and do daily PM's and troubleshoot basic, common faults. Let me know what I can do to help!
