Updated drawings in AutoCAD, designed control systems.
Interfaced the PLC's to Panasonic servo drives for the maunfacture of solar cell strings which went into the solar panels. These PLC's were also interfaced to a proprietary vision system which looked for defective cells and an Epson robot which put each cell onto the main conveyor for alignment of the cells into a 12 cell string. Controlled the motion of servos to precisely place the interconnecting wire ribbons onto the cells on the main conveyor.
Modified /wrote HMI (WonderWare) codes.
