- Design, build and install cost-efficient Computer Based Automated Manufacturing Technologies for the Semiconductor and General Manufacturing Industries. - Designed, assembled and installed two reactors for thin film depositions in solar cell research for The University of California at Berkeley and The University of Texas at El Paso. - Engineered Science is mentioned in a publication written by UC Berkeley: Journal of Applied Physics: J. Appl. Phys. 112, 123102 (2012). - Programmed the software to manually or automatically run the reactors through a touchscreen graphical user interface designed in LabVIEW. - Designed in SolidWorks, assembled mechanically and programmed a revamp of a multi-source close spaced sublimation (CSS) reactor for the Nano-Materials Integration Laboratory at the University of Texas at El Paso. - Designed, assembled, programmed and installed a 4000W single-source CSS reactor for the University of California at Berkeley. - Automated a brake pad grinder for a manufacturing plant client by implementing a servomotor, automating it with a laser height sensor, a barcode scanner and a LabVIEW GUI.

- Responsible for the development of new preamplifier products for the hard disk drive industry from initial design and fabrication until the device and spec were tuned and negotiated with customer before release to production. - Redefined preamplifier characterization process, resulting in twice the amount of information and analysis in half the time. - Automated data analysis using SpotFire DXP by developing a set of templates to check limits against spec, and provide a wealth of information regarding manufacturability and device behavior. - Exceeded job requirements by extending collaboration to TI's Design Engineering team as opposed to just Product Development Team. - Increased and standardized data analysis speed across product development team by developing several data analysis templates. - Drove quality and reliability certifications, including electrostatic discharge, latchup, and High Temperature Operational Life (HTOL) tests. - Verified and debugged device, as well as tested program issues in bench.
