I have had a passion for the robotics industry ever since I was a little kid learning how to weld in the garage. Robotics is the future of a lot of industries and my skillset aligns well with this industry. Responsible for maintenance and daily upkeep of 5 robotic cells with 10 robots total. Programming of an LASD robotic cell that sprays liquid applied sound deadening material on the cabs for John Deere Harvester cabs. Took 3 minutes of cycle time out of a cell to get it within the 19 minute cycle time we were looking for.
Worked on Robotics projects that ranged from Government jobs to Automotive. Programmed FANUC welding and material handling robots from concept to finish. Worked within a team to get projects done in a timely manner and on budget. Learned how to set up a Gocator laser and programmed 3 different torches on one robot cell utilizing ATI quick change robot heads.
Did touch ups on robots that did flex drapers for John Deere Harvester. Implemented new tooling into the line for the different models of headers that ran on the line.
Programmed and maintained 6 FANUC robotic cells that welded the draper, sugar, and corn headers. Responsible for new part implementation and model year changes in welding.
