Browsing Available Work
The <strong>Feed</strong> is your main source for finding contracts.
Accessing the Feed
- Click <strong>Feed</strong> in the navigation
- Browse available work requests
- Use filters to narrow results
Understanding Listings
Each work request card shows:
- <strong>Job Title</strong> - Position being filled
- <strong>Company</strong> - Customer posting the work
- <strong>Location</strong> - Work site location
- <strong>Duration</strong> - Expected contract length
- <strong>Rate Range</strong> - Pay range offered
Filtering Results
Use the search filters to find relevant work:
- <strong>Location</strong> - Filter by state or city
- <strong>Occupation</strong> - Your specialty area
- <strong>Skills</strong> - Specific manufacturer or software
- <strong>Duration</strong> - Short-term, long-term, or permanent
Applying to a Contract
When you find a good match:
- <strong>Click the listing</strong> to view full details
- Review the requirements carefully
- Click <strong>Apply Now</strong>
- Add a brief message to the customer (optional but recommended)
- Confirm your application
Application Tips
- <strong>Personalize your message</strong> - Reference specific requirements
- <strong>Highlight relevant experience</strong> - Mention similar past projects
- <strong>Be responsive</strong> - Customers appreciate quick replies
After Applying
Your application status will show in your <strong>Dashboard</strong>:
- <strong>Submitted</strong> - Application received
- <strong>Under Review</strong> - Customer is reviewing
- <strong>Shortlisted</strong> - You made their short list
- <strong>Offer Extended</strong> - Contract offer ready
- <strong>Accepted/Rejected</strong> - Final status
Application Limits
Depending on your account type:
- <strong>Free accounts:</strong> Limited applications per month
- <strong>Premium accounts:</strong> Unlimited applications
Track your remaining applications in your Dashboard.
