MSA - Master Service Agreement

What It Is

The MSA is the master contract between you and Automate America. It covers:

  • General terms and conditions
  • Liability and insurance
  • Confidentiality obligations
  • Intellectual property rights
  • Dispute resolution

When You Sign

  • Once, when you first start working
  • Remains in effect for all future contracts
  • May need renewal annually

SSA - Supplemental Service Agreement

What It Is

The SSA is specific to each contract. It covers:

  • Project details

Key Information Included

  • Your negotiated rate
