MSA - Master Service Agreement

What It Is

The MSA is the master contract between you and Automate America. It covers:

• General terms and conditions
• Liability and insurance
• Confidentiality obligations
• Intellectual property rights
• Dispute resolution

When You Sign

• Once, when you first start working
• Remains in effect for all future contracts
• May need renewal annually

SSA - Supplemental Service Agreement

What It Is

The SSA is specific to each contract. It covers:

• Project details
• Compensation rates
• Start and end dates
• Work location
• Specific requirements

When You Sign

• For each new contract
• Before starting work
• Contains project-specific terms

Key Information Included

• Your negotiated rate
• Per diem amounts (if applicable)
• Overtime policies
• Expense reimbursement terms
• Customer-specific requirements

Signing Process

1. Accept the contract offer
2. Review MSA (if first contract)
3. Review SSA for this contract
4. Sign electronically
5. Both parties receive copies
