MSA - Master Service Agreement
What It Is
The MSA is the master contract between you and Automate America. It covers:
- General terms and conditions
- Liability and insurance
- Confidentiality obligations
- Intellectual property rights
- Dispute resolution
When You Sign
- Once, when you first start working
- Remains in effect for all future contracts
- May need renewal annually

SSA - Supplemental Service Agreement
What It Is
The SSA is specific to each contract. It covers:
- Project details
- Compensation rates
- Start and end dates
- Work location
- Specific requirements
When You Sign
- For each new contract
- Before starting work
- Contains project-specific terms
Key Information Included
- Your negotiated rate
- Per diem amounts (if applicable)
- Overtime policies
- Expense reimbursement terms
- Customer-specific requirements
Signing Process
- Accept the contract offer
- Review MSA (if first contract)
- Review SSA for this contract
- Sign electronically
- Both parties receive copies
