!!Local Northern Mexico Programmer Needed!! We need a good IRC5 Mig Welding expert to set up a new ABB Flex Arc cell that is being installed for the first time. The programmer must be able to check robot calibration, setup new base frames and teach new weld path.
Programming the following:
Programming for Qty (4) Weld Fixtures
Client will program the welds for Qty (4) fixtures according to the following assumptions:
**A typical fixture is capable of holding Qty (2) different bed frame sizes and associated sub-assemblies
**A typical fixture will have 20-25 welds
**Fixtures do not require a PLC or HMI
Offline
Offline programming in RobotStudio for the Qty (4) fixtures will be done to help reduce the time needed to start production by creating the welding routines before the cells are even finished being built.
On-Site
Qty (1) week – Qty (2) ABB Programming Technicians on-site simultaneously to help End Manufacturer start running parts:
Qty (1) ABB US Programming Technician to load in programs and debug welding paths
Qty (1) ABB MX Programming Technician to train End Manufacturer operators on:
*Programming a Multimove system
*Part programming and programming structure
*ABB Arc Welding Interface and Weld Editor
*Best Practices for ABB equipment
*ABB will optimize robot programs to try to achieve current production levels, however, cycle times are not guaranteed.
*Weld tests, such as cut and etch tests, are not included in ABB scope of supply.

Tools called for: Basic Electrical Tools, Basic Hand Tools and Computer.
