Currently looking for Motoman programmer that can handle a field service type of job. We have a production line installed in High Point, NC, and the 2D Cognex camera died and needs to be replaced. This system handles seat assembly using 2 DX-200 controllers, both with the integrated vision and conveyor line tracking options in the robot controllers. One robot needs to have its vision system re-calibrated (the new camera and calibration grid are on-site), and may need to have the user frame for the robot re-taught.
Equipment and platforms on this work: Cognex and Yaskawa / Motoman.
Tools called for: Basic Electrical Tools, Basic Hand Tools, Computer and Lockout Tagout Kit.
