Job Description

We are adding an additional softmount nut weld station to an existing cell consisting of;.
• 1- Main Control Panel GuardLogix L83ES
• 2- Human Machine Interface (HMI)
• 2- Fanuc Robots MH.
• Marking Unit (Borries Marker)
• Softmount gun (nut welder) /
• Softmount gun (nut welder) / New eqquimpent

SOW;
• Set-up and commissioning (PLC, Networks, third-party equipment).
• Safety device validation and programming.
• Line Start-up and Dry Cycle Verification.
• Full Automatic and production support.
• Close open issues.
• Final Acceptance.

The PLC controllers that are being used are AB (1756-L8xS Guardlogix).
Studio 5000, Software version 32.
HMI Factory Talk View, the version is 11.

Timesheets due in Automate America system each Sunday night or early Monday morning for approval and processing. Late submissions will result in late payments

Expenses only for those living outside a standard 50 mile radius of the work site.

All Lodging, rental car and airfare are booked by the Customer.Fuel reimbursement for rental car use only.

All mileage for personal vehicle use only (when rental car is not used) based on "GoogleMaps". You are not reimbursed for re-routing of traffic due to construction or other unforeseen circumstances.

Timesheets must be signed by the customer representative before submission.

Expense reports must be signed by the customer representative and include receipts.
