GM Safety Video – General Access. Requirements for all 1st time visitors regardless of assignment must view the plant Safety video in the visitor lobby and get the yearly GM safety sticker then report to the Comau Site Manager for initial safety talk andApproved GM lockout/ MPS training. ESWP training required for Electricians, Robotics and Controls Engineers and GM R.U.S.T. process for Controls and Robot Programmers
Travel related expenses based on Comau travel policies for Spring Hill TN. See attached doc in the "Hired Applicant Document" section. Per Diem (flying) = $241.00 (Parking, Mileage, other trans, rental car, fuel, lodging, & M&I) Per Diem (Driving) = $194.00 (lodging, & M&I) Mileage at $ 0.56 per Mile. Approved Miles based on shortest route from home to site. Driving is not autorized when the distance traveled is >=800 miles or greater than the cost to fly. Approved Travel Hours 5.25 one way. Approved Airfare will be based on the discretion and approval of the Platform Manager. Timesheets must be signed by the customer representative before submission. Expense reports must be signed by the customer representative and include receipts.
