Robot Programmer contract in Princeton, IN. $72/hr · 3 weeks.
We are in need of a Robot Programmer experienced in Fanuc systems for additonal support at a customer site. Installation commissioning for the robot programs was completed, but there was some interference issues with the EOAT and part. They have new fingers designed and being built to eliminate the clearance issue and will be ready for install and final debug on September 20th. Touching up pick points will be most of the work. There is iRvision being used, but this have been programmed and we believe it will not require addtional programming. This is a general assembly system for electric motor manufacturing.
Robot picks up part from the inbound conveyor and load into machine. The robot then unloads the part from the machine and place it in the pack-out area (1 layer).
The plan for this implementation is September 20th for approx 2-3 weeks.
No Overtime is planned (40 hour weeks) - any extension past a three-week window or overtime hours must be approved by the Customer.
Equipment and platforms on this work: Fanuc.
Tools called for: Basic Electrical Tools, Basic Hand Tools and Lockout Tagout Kit.
