We are looking for experienced Maintenance Techs for our Manufacturing plant in Highland Park MI. 1 month contract with potential to extend.

*** Must be willing to work A shift (Mon-Thurs 5am to 5pm), B shift (Wed-Sat 5pm to 5am), or C Shift (Mon-Tue 5pm to 5am & Fri-Sat 5am to 5pm) ***

*** Expenses for qualified candidate out of the local area (50 miles + from facility). No expenses for Local to site candidates.

Responsiblities and experience needed;

Installing and alignment of mechanical systems (conveyors, chains, and pneumatics)

Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical malfunctions and breakdowns (conveyors, chains, bearings, and pneumatics)

Making and assembling fixtures of machines and sensors

Documenting processes and maintaining mechanical service records

Reading and executing mechanical preventive maintenance tasks

Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate of testing devices

Replace devices (VFDs, motors, sensors)

Perform electrical wiring additions or modifications (not starting from scratch)

Read electrical drawings with basic troubleshooting

Wire Communication Networks (Ethernet, Profinet, Profibus)

Tools called for: Basic Electrical Tools, Basic Hand Tools and Lockout Tagout Kit.
