Requested Onsite Dates:

Travel 1/12 to be onsite 1/13 – 1/16? That’s the plan anyway, start date shouldn’t change but the end date may fluctuate if needed.

Scope:

This will be straight PM work. Oil changes + batteries + clean up the robots & controllers only, 16 robots.

Flat daily per diem to include lodging, meals, ecxpenses, etc.

Rental car and airfare to be reimbursed per reciept.

Timesheets must be signed by the customer representative before submission.

Expense reports must be signed by the customer representative and include receipts.
