Approved timesheets and expense reports must be submitted to Diverse Automation, Inc. at each Sunday night Personal Protective Equipment Required: Safety Glasses with fixed side shields, Kevlar Sleeves and Gloves, Comau High Visibility Green Safety Vest, Hard Hat during Installation, Bump Cap in cell after Installation, Safety Lock. Plant Safety Training Information: Training at Safety Trailer at CAP, must be scheduled in advance and prepaid, must have drug screen panel results in hand Drug Screen Requirements: 10 Panel drug screen with-in 30 days before the install Safety Training Requirements: $75.00 person Training at the Ford Chicago Plant Safety Trailer
