I have been in the paint industry for over 10 years. I would consider it my passion. I have painted houses, buildings, offices, cars, airplanes, car parts,industrial equipment, and even became profficient in robotic applications. Very motivated to continue to gain experience in the robotics field and become well versed in the automation industry as much as i have with the paint industry.

Manage and operate an automated paintline. This included programming 6 robots for paint applications via teach pendant and offline programming software, train all employees on how to operate via HMI and troubleshoot PLC, order paint and other solvents needed to ensure we never run out of product and communicate with other departments to ensure daily targets were met.
Dissasemble GSE, sand blast all paint and corrosion off, paint and reassemble GSE using manuals, pubs, and reverse engineering to troubleshoot any issues.
Inspect airplane for any defects, mask for stripping, detail wash and sand, apply primer, sealer, top coat, clear coat, operate manlifts to manuever around the aircraft, layout logos and stencils to paint and complete all tasks up to the DOT standards.
